According to industry news disclosed on November 11, the market size of high-temperature glass ink testing in China is projected to exceed 2 billion yuan in 2025, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 15%.
In terms of testing technologies, smart diagnostic platforms can reduce the error rate of manual analysis to below 2%; quantum-level precision testing technologies are capable of achieving nanoscale defect localization; and full-process automated equipment has improved testing efficiency by 12 times compared with traditional methods.
In terms of applications, the epoxy-polyester hybrid ink used in the new energy vehicle sector has extended the protective service life of battery casings to 15 years. In the aerospace field, the high-temperature resistant ink has maintained a coating adhesion retention rate of over 90% after undergoing extreme environment tests, and is applied to the inner wall protection of rocket fuel tanks.
