Key Performance Features

 

Strong adhesion for thermal shock resistance

The high-temperature sintered grade forms a chemical bond with the glass matrix after firing at 600–700°C, achieving Grade 0 adhesion. It withstands thermal cycling from -40°C to 250°C, resists high-pressure water flushing and long-term mechanical abrasion, and will not crack, peel or delaminate under normal operating conditions, with a service life largely aligned with the glass substrate itself.

For heat-sensitive glass substrates that cannot tolerate high temperatures, the low-temperature UV-curable grade is available. It forms a dense ink film after curing and meets the long-term use requirements of indoor precision equipment.

 

Chemical resistance for corrosive operating environments

Formulated with specialized chemical-resistant modification, the inks withstand prolonged exposure to common acids, alkalis, salt spray, organic solvents and moisture. At room temperature, after extended immersion in 1.5% hydrochloric acid and 3% sodium hydroxide solutions, the ink film shows no visible deterioration, blistering or leaching. Special lighting and explosion-proof optical glass

For printing light distribution patterns, masking layers and product markings on glass covers of industrial luminaires, explosion-proof lamps, navigation beacons and signal indicators. With high temperature resistance and UV aging resistance, they will not yellow or peel after long-term outdoor service, maintaining stable optical performance and suitable for harsh lighting environments such as outdoor sites, mines and chemical parks.

 

Sensor and precision electronic glass
