Transparent heat insulation effect product construction technology:

1.The light transmittance is 78~82%, and the temperature difference of heat insulation effect is 13~14℃.

① Stir or shake well before use.

② Construction tool 1.3 or 1.5 caliber pneumatic spray gun,

Please use 200~300 mesh filter screen for the product.

③ Adjust the pneumatic spray gun, oil output adjustment is recommended to 1~2 circle range, spray amplitude adjustment to the maximum, air pressure is best to maintain0.3~0.4MPa. (Tool adjustment can be referred to the figure below)

④ The spray gun should be 20CM away from the substrate, and spray 2 to 3 shots at a constant speed. (One shot is a complete spray on the substrate)

Theoretical dosage: in the case of 1 kg

① One layer of construction spraying, the construction area is 30~35 m², the thermal insulation temperature difference is 8~10℃

② Two layers of construction spraying, the construction area is 17~20 m², the insulation temperature difference is 9~11℃

③ Three layers of construction spraying, the construction area is 10~15 m², the insulation temperature difference is 10~12℃

Precautions: The effect of spraying construction is related to temperature and humidity, and appropriate adjustment should be made when necessary.
